Experience Measures

When searching for a hospital, the first thing you want to know is, “Do they offer care that is responsive to my needs?” How well do the doctors and nurses listen and explain? How well is your pain managed? Are the rooms clean and quiet to ensure a comfortable recovery? Learning how other patients have rated their experience of care is good way to judge the quality of a hospital.
