Scholarships and on-site learning for eligible students pursuing Nursing degrees at our partner and affiliate schools.
Through academic partnerships with South Florida institutions of higher learning, The Baptist Health Nurse Scholars Program offers funding, faculty, classroom space and clinical sites for various nursing programs. Students may apply for full or partial scholarships in return for work commitments of four to five years, depending on the curriculum completed. Entry-level nursing programs are targeted to students who are just entering the profession. Advanced-degree programs are also available to existing Baptist Health employees. All undergraduate Nurse Scholars Program participants benefit from an intensive on-the-job mentoring program and learn to deliver patient care using evidence-based practice.
