Not sure where to go for care? Visit BaptistHealth.net/Carevenience for more information.

PineApp
Use the PineApp to find the closest locations and shortest wait times. Quickly search hospital emergency rooms, urgent care, primary care, diagnostic imaging and other listings based on distance from your current location.

For information on all of our hospitals and facilities and their respective hours, visit BaptistHealth.net/PineApp to download our PineApp.

Care On Demand
As our hospital emergency rooms continue to experience high volumes, we encourage those with non-life-threatening situations to seek treatment at one of our Urgent Care Centers or use the Care On Demand app, which allows you to consult a physician via your mobile device, 24/7. We have extended FREE access to our Care On Demand service for non-emergency situations through Sunday, September 18. To download Care On Demand, visit BaptistHealth.net/CareOnDemand.

Insurance
CMS and many insurance plans have lifted certain requirements for beneficiaries to allow expanded access to healthcare services in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma. To understand your insurance plan’s options for non-emergency care and prescription refills,  please visit your insurance plan’s website or search your insurance plan’s name along with the term “Hurricane Irma.”
