All Baptist Health facilities that were closed today in Broward and Palm Beach counties will open tomorrow following their normal schedule.

This will be the last update issued regarding Hurricane Dorian.

Baptist Health continues to closely monitor the progress of Hurricane Dorian.

 

At this time all Baptist Health facilities in Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe Counties are operating under normal schedules with the above exceptions.

At this time there are no new updates to report.

We urge everyone in South Florida to continue to stay safe.

Baptist Health continues to closely monitor the progress of Hurricane Dorian.

Based on the projected deterioration of weather conditions in Broward County, Baptist Health Urgent Care Centers in Davie, Sawgrass, Weston and Pembroke Pines will be closing today at 7 p.m.

All of these facilities are expected to reopen at their regularly scheduled times tomorrow, with the exception of Baptist Health Pembroke Pines Urgent Care, which will be opening at 11 a.m. tomorrow morning.

Baptist Health continues to monitor the progress of Hurricane Dorian.

At this time, all Baptist Health facilities in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties are operating under normal schedules.

All Baptist Health facilities in Broward are operating under normal schedules with the exception of the Coral Springs Baptist Health Urgent Care and Coral Springs Baptist Health Urgent Care Express which will be closed today and Tuesday, September 3.

Bethesda Urgent Care in Wellington will be closed today and Tuesday, September 3.

All BocaCare offices, including the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Urgent Care Centers, will be closed on Tuesday, September 3.

Beginning Monday, September 2, 2019, from 7am to 9am, Bethesda Hospital East is accepting expectant mothers who are 36 weeks pregnant and those who are high risk. 

In addition, Bethesda Hospital East is accepting ventilator dependent pediatric patients, ages 17 and under from 7am to 9am. 

These expectant mothers and special needs pediatric patients should bring their own mattresses, bedding, food, water, medications and personal items, and most importantly their doctor’s name and phone number.

For the pediatric patients, Bethesda Hospital East can only permit one parent and one nurse per pediatric patient (child). No siblings permitted.

Bethesda Urgent Care in Wellington will be closed on Monday, September 2 and Tuesday, September 3.

Coral Springs Baptist Health Urgent Care and Coral Springs Baptist Health Urgent Care Express will be closed Monday, September 2 and Tuesday, September 3.

Elective surgeries have been cancelled at Bethesda Hospital East and Bethesda Hospital West for Tuesday, September 3.

All nursing and radiography classes at the Bethesda College of Health Sciences have been cancelled for Tuesday, September 3.

All BocaCare offices, including the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Urgent Care Centers, will be closed on Tuesday, September 3.

All elective and outpatient procedures at Boca Raton Regional Hospital facilities scheduled for Tuesday, September 3, will be cancelled.

Hurricane and Tropical Storm Watches and Warnings have been issued for parts of the Broward and Palm Beach coast, we ask that you check back for updates specific to those areas later today.

If you have an appointment scheduled with a Baptist Health facility or physician, that office will be getting in touch with you to update any changes in the status of that appointment.
