Available Programs

Baptist Health is committed to having the most competent and knowledgeable clinical staff possible. In order to accomplish this, we have undertaken a Grow our Own strategy that provides new and current Baptist Health employees with opportunities to receive scholarships to move into the Nursing professions or continue their academic studies in Nursing. Each scholarship requires a four- to five-year work commitment after graduation (depending on the Nursing degree earned).

On-site scholarships are available to individuals whether or not they are a Baptist Health employee. They are awarded to recipients attending either Barry University, Miami Dade College, or Nova Southeastern University for Entry-Level BSN. Off-site scholarships are awarded to recipients attending an affiliated, fully accredited school of nursing in Florida.
