Charles J. Kropke has been named to the Board of Directors of Baptist Cardiac & Vascular Institute Foundation. He will also serve as a member of the Baptist Health Foundation Board, the fundraising arm for Baptist Health. All Baptist Health Board members are volunteers who serve without
Mr. Kropke is owner and vice president for Marketing & Sales with Dragonfly Expeditions, Inc., an expeditionary tour company for Florida and the Caribbean Basin. In addition, he is the CEO of Tropic Moon Holdings.
Mr. Kropke is the author of the best-selling book, “South Beach: Stories of a Renaissance.” He is active in the community, including environmental restoration and preservation causes. He received his bachelor’s degree in political science and in business administration from Barry University. He lives in Coral Gables, and is the father of eight sons.
Baptist Cardiac & Vascular Institute is part of Baptist Health South Florida, the largest faith-based, not-for-profit healthcare organization in the region.
