Providing Holistic (Mind, Body and Spirit) Counseling to the Community

Care & Counseling provides confidential and compassionate counseling support to those seeking help during crises or opportunities for growth and enrichment in their lives. Our counselors draw upon medical, behavioral and spiritual resources in providing clients — individuals, couples, families and congregations — with professional, high-quality counseling and educational services.

We offer individual and group counseling for individuals with common concerns, such as parenting, grief and loss, trauma recovery and care-giving stress. We can also provide education for groups, churches and organizations on issues such as autism awareness, dealing with anxiety and depression, classroom strategies for children with ADHD, stress reduction and a variety of other topics.

Another component of Care & Counseling is the availability of psychological and cognitive assessment to help in the educational placement and treatment of children and adolescents.

Counselors With Expertise and Experience

Our counselors and therapists have advanced training in the practice of individual counseling and group therapy. Our counselors hold state licenses in psychology, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling and clinical social work, or they may be under the direct supervision of a state-licensed supervisor. Their holistic approach to healthcare and wellness means they understand and respect the emotional, spiritual and cultural components of healing.
