Estate & Gift Planning

Imagine impacting patient treatment and care beyond your lifetime. Among our Living Legacy Society donors – including individuals and foundations – that imagination is a reality.

Planned giving through Baptist Health Foundation’s Living Legacy Society is a powerful opportunity to save lives in the future, while achieving a financial return on investment today. Thousands of people in our community and beyond have benefited from lifesaving care as a result of planned gifts made decades ago by donors with a personal mission of caring for others for generations to come.

The Living Legacy Society is a select group of donors who are recognized for supporting the future of healthcare through charitable bequests or wills, life insurance policies, charitable gift annuities or other vehicles.

Regardless of the economic forecast, planned giving can allow you to establish a philanthropic legacy while meeting your financial needs. With thoughtful preparation and help from a financial advisor, you can design a will and/or estate plan that meets your financial and charitable goals.

Use our Planned Giving Calculator to estimate the benefit you might derive from your gift.

There are many ways to make a planned gift. Our team of financial and philanthropic professionals can explain these strategies and how they can provide lifetime income, decrease your tax burden, benefit your heirs and support the work of Baptist Health Foundation.

Planned giving options include:

  • Charitable Gift Annuities or Charitable Remainder Trusts
  • Appreciated Securities or Stock
  • Life Insurance
  • Retained Real Estate
  • Lead Trusts
  • Bequests
