Employees must complete all mandatory training on BHSF premises, unless specifically authorized by their manager or supervisor, in advance and in writing, to do some or all of the training off-site.  Employees may not work overtime to complete training/education without the prior authorization of their department director, manager, or supervisor. Employees who are required to participate in mandatory e-learning will be compensated for the number of hours they spend in the e-learning course.  Employees must maintain accurate records of the time spent in mandatory e-learning or live employee education, and must inform his/her manager/supervisor as soon as the course(s) has/have been completed.
