The Comprehensive Wellness and Weight Management Program is a personalized, supervised weight-loss program that reduces body weight and body fat, increases lean mass and aerobic conditioning, and improves lifestyle and diet behavior in individuals. Our holistic evidence-based approach provides you with the necessary tools and support you need to achieve a healthier weight and lifestyle, which can prevent chronic conditions, such as diabetes, metabolic syndrome and heart disease.

Comprehensive Wellness and Weight Management Program

Live healthier and feel better

The Comprehensive Wellness and Weight Management Program is a personalized, supervised weight-loss program that reduces body weight and body fat, increases lean mass and aerobic conditioning, and improves lifestyle and diet behavior in individuals. Our holistic evidence-based approach provides you with the necessary tools and support you need to achieve a healthier weight and lifestyle, which can prevent chronic conditions, such as diabetes, metabolic syndrome and heart disease.

  • Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist
  • Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist
    Nursing Staff

1 Year Program – $1,500
Six months of intensive, exercise and lifestyle modification and six months of follow-up includes:

  • Meeting all the interdisciplinary team members
  • Fitness activity tracker
  • Consultations at the initial visit, mid-point and end of program
  • Personal training sessions at the on-site facility two times a week. Additional personal training sessions will be available at an added cost.
  • HIPAA compliant teleconferencing software programming throughout the six months (one session/month) regarding exercise coaching, nutritional coaching, behavioral strategies and educational topics
  • Estimated resting metabolism testing
  • One 30-minute massage from a certified, Baptist Health massage therapist (scheduled after program commencement)
  • Towel service
  • Locker service
  • Cardiovascular and resistance training
  • Offsite exercise training (once a month)

Participant Criteria
Individuals that need to lose weight
  • BMI > 27 with at least two risk factors (hypertension, type II diabetes, dyslipidemia, stress or smoking)
  • BMI > 30

Individuals that need help getting active
Individuals that have a busy lifestyle


Goals for Participants
  • Achieve 5-10 percent body weight reduction within three to six months
  • Achieve outcome health metrics goals
  • Utilize activity trackers to account for daily/home exercise activity
  • Follow prescribed weekly energy expenditure and prescribed reduced energy intake
  • Implement appropriate physical activity and diet behaviors to sustain long-term weight loss
  • Utilize online HIPAA compliant fitness eLearning platforms to stay educated and aware on my health and fitness educational topics

Health Metric Outcomes for Participants
  • Blood pressure: < 140/90
  • Blood lipids
  • Cholesterol: < 200 mg/dl
  • LDL: < 90 mg/dl
  • HDL: > 40 mg/dl in men, > 50 mg/dl in women
  • Triglycerides: < 150 mg/dl
  • Fasting glucose: <100 mg/dl
  • Body weight/BMI reduction (5-10 percent)
  • Body fat percentage reduction
  • Waist Hip Ratio (WHR)
  • Waist < 40 inches for men
  • Waist < 35 inches for women
  • American Heart Association’s Simple 7 (Get Active, Control Cholesterol, Eat Better, Manage Blood Pressure, Lose Weight, Reduce Blood Sugar) improvement scores
  • Improvement in one’s fitness level
