Pastoral Care at Mariners Hospital

A hospital stay can be a difficult time for patients and families. Mariners Hospital's Pastoral Care service recognizes that spiritual and emotional support during recovery is often just as important as the physical healing itself. Our specially trained hospital chaplains help patients and their family members in their time of need, regardless of a person's religious beliefs. We offer support before surgery, in times of anxiety or crisis, and in healing.

Consultation Around the Clock

Mariners Hospital features a small chapel for services and special occasions. Chaplains also visit patients and families Monday through Friday. Pastoral care extends 24/7 with the help of local clergy, including members of the Upper Keys Ministerial Association, who can provide on-call service for emergencies after hours and on weekends.
