    Aqua Zumba

    Aqua Zumba® uses elements of the well-known fitness program, Zumba®, and integrates it with pool exercise to deliver a safe, exciting and challenging water-based workout.  This class incorporates cardio-conditioning, body toning and stretching in a low-impact, yet fun environment.

    Run Club

    No registration required, just come out and join one of our run clubs! Because we are more than just a run, we have photo hunts, socials and parties once a month. Routes change weekly.
