About Zack Ramilevich, MD
Zack Z. Ramilevich, M.D., is a board-certified neurologist at Marcus Neuroscience Institute, part of Baptist Health. He provides comprehensive care for adults with a wide range of neurological conditions and has experience treating headache disorders, dementia, stroke, neuropathy, Parkinson’s disease, autoimmune neurological conditions and adult epilepsy.
Dr. Ramilevich is committed to providing holistic and patient-centered neurological care. He believes that a strong therapeutic alliance is the foundation of successful treatment. By listening carefully and taking the time to explain complex neurological conditions in clear, understandable terms, he helps patients feel informed and supported. His approach combines evidence-based medical management with personalized care strategies to ensure each patient receives treatment tailored to their needs and goals.
He earned his medical degree from the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. He then completed an internal medicine internship followed by a neurology residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville. During residency, he was selected to serve as administrative chief resident, reflecting his leadership and commitment to excellence in clinical care and education.
In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Ramilevich is dedicated to advancing the field of neurology through ongoing learning and research. He has participated as a sub-investigator in multiple clinical studies focused on conditions such as multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, multifocal motor neuropathy and seizure disorders. He also has delivered educational lectures on stroke prevention, Alzheimer’s disease and migraine therapies.
He is fluent in English and Russian.
Outside of work, Dr. Ramilevich enjoys mountain biking, world travel and playing tennis.
