Vy Thuy Dinh, MD

Dr. Dinh is a hospitalist-based oncologist who cares for hospitalized cancer patients at Baptist Health Herbert Wertheim Cancer Institute. She has an interest in integrating clinical medicine and clinical research to advance the field of oncology. She has conducted both clinical and translational research, with a focus on thoracic and gastrointestinal malignancies. Most recently, she served as a staff physician for hematology, oncology and medicine at the Miami Veterans Affairs Medical Center, as well as an assistant professor of clinical medicine and oncology, and an oncology attending physician at the University of Miami-Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. Her professional affiliations include the American and Florida Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology and the American Association for Cancer Research.
