Sarah Medley, M.D., is a board-certified family medicine physician at Baptist Health Primary Care. She provides comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan and has particular experience caring for adults and older adults. Her clinical interests include women’s health and comprehensive outpatient primary care, with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management and healthy aging. Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Medley completed her family medicine residency at Conway Medical Center in Conway, S.C., where she cared for patients of all ages in outpatient and inpatient settings. Dr. Medley earned her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at Conway Medical Center. She is board-certified in family medicine. Dr. Medley’s approach to care emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management and healthy aging through evidence-based, patient-centered practices. She values building long-term relationships with patients and supporting their health through every stage of life. When she is not treating patients, Dr. Medley enjoys working out, including high-intensity interval training classes, Pilates and weightlifting, as well as water sports, including sailing.
