Elizabeth Anne Ouellette, M.D., MBA, is a renowned orthopedic hand surgeon specializing in the treatment of wrist fracture, ligament tear, nerve injury, joint instability and small joint replacement. She performs surgeries of all complexities. She has more than 30 years of clinical experience treating athletes and people of all ages and teaching and mentoring medical students, residents and fellows. She serves in numerous clinical and academic leadership roles. Dr. Ouellette’s research interests include wrist instability biomechanics, nerve injury repair, skin coverage and psychological intervention for upper extremity trauma patients. She is widely published in peer-reviewed medical journals and is an invited speaker at national and international academic symposiums.

I have nothing but good things to say about the amazing team working with Dr. Outlette at Baptist Health. It was an amazing experience from scheduling my visit to the greeting I received upon arrival for my visit. Dr. Oulette is extremely professional, and knowledgeable. She understood my concerns about my previous surgery. I had painful hardware installed and difficulty with range and mobility of my hand and fingers. Dr. Outlette was kind enough to make herself available and perform a corrective surgery in a short time. I am extremely satisfied and impressed with her compassion and empathy. She's a highly experienced. I will definitively recommend her to those needing the best orthopedic care. I'm looking forward to seeing her on my follow-up visit.

One can imagine that I have visited a few of the local hospitals being I have lived In Miami Beach since 1977 and can only say that Baptist has consistently shined In all categories above all other health facilities.I feel like I am entering a spa rather than a hospital. Someone is doing their homework right.Everyone treats the patient like they are the only one there and I mean everyone from the guard at the door at 5 AM to the the floor assistance to the person walking the patient out to the car when leaving the hospitalIt Is a pleasure Is this day and age to see this kind of service. I DO NOT WANT TO NEED A HOSPITAL BUT will choose Baptist If I do

Dr.Anne Ouellette is the best specialist I have had in my long life, She is not only an excellent surgeon (she operated on my tunnel in 2004), but she has saved me two unnecessary surgeries. She does not limit herself to observing the images provided by modern technology, but uses her hands to check the resistance of the affected muscles and their sensitivity. And so it diagnoses and seeks alternatives to dangerous surgeries with unexpected or very limited effects. Baptist Hospital does not know how fortunate she is to have hired her.

Dr. Elizabeth Ouellette is superb in every way. This was my second visit. Dr Ouellette asks pertinent questions, listens intently, is very knowledgeable, makes a diagnosis after gathering all pertinent information and comes up with a plan. I have two conditions that have been diagnosed and feel very confident that the doctor's plan of treatment will work! There are other options if needed. Dr. Ouellette is also extremely pleasant and explains things clearly. She does not rush through the appointment. I am made to feel that my needs are very important and that help "is on the way". Outstanding!
