Megan Valledor Gonzalez, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant specializing in neurosurgical care at Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute.
In her position, Megan collaborates with the neurosurgery team to manage and care for patients suffering from both acute and chronic conditions that require neurosurgical intervention.
Prior to joining Miami Neuroscience Institute, she earned her master’s degree from Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.
While studying for her degree, Megan participated in the Green Family Foundation NeighborhoodHELP, a program committed to helping local communities overcome socioeconomic barriers to healthcare. She provided primary and preventative medical services to underserved populations throughout Miami-Dade County.
Advocating for her patients comes first and foremost for Megan. Believing that mutual understanding and trust between patients and providers are essential for successful clinical outcomes, Megan supports people through every step of their recovery.
During her free time, Megan enjoys staying active by cycling, weightlifting and paddleboarding. As an avid traveler, she loves experiencing foreign countries’ customs, cultures and cuisine.
