My doctor was excellent, but I said I would've liked a little more time with him. Despite that lack of time, I would recommend him to others because there are not a lot of good urologist around. He seemed extremely knowledgeable about women's urinary problems while many other Urologist focus solely on men with their prostate challenges.

Dr Ashouri is a patient man with this patient (me)! I had many, many questions and HE had many, many answers! He spoke in terms that were understandable to me and he accommodated my preplanned flight to Maine by scheduling surgery early enough so as to have time to heal and make my plane.Because of his patience and thorough responses, I had full confidence in his abilities to perform surgery on me.My husband accompanied me to this appointment and he felt good about having Dr Ashouri perform the surgery after noting how confident (not cocky, though) he was. Also, myHubby noticed that Dr Ashouri spoke to BOTH of us, not just directing the conversation to the other male in the room (spouse).
