Karl Lembcke, M.D., FACC, is a cardiologist at Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute. He specializes in in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases and defects of the heart and circulatory system. He has special interest and expertise in echocardiography, with emphasis in transesophageal echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Lembcke has been involved in many clinical research studies to improve the detection and treatment of heart disease. He did a full exam, actually touched me and listened to my heart and lungs,!!! Most doctors rely on the MRI, or EKG and don't examine . He was confident that my concern of arrythmias was common and nearly all people have them. I was thinking I needed a holter monitor as I would like to know what they were, but he was not concerned since they do not last.
