Jessilyn Pozo, DNP, APRN, is a certified nurse practitioner at Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute. She cares for patients with movement disorders in the inpatient and outpatient setting and is certified in acute care.
Before transitioning to her current role as a nurse practitioner for Miami Neuroscience Institute, Jessilyn worked as the organization’s System Stroke program manager. She also gained more than eight years of neurology experience as a registered nurse at Baptist Health Baptist Hospital.
Committed to helping her patients feel their best, Jessilyn takes time to listen and place herself in their shoes. She provides compassionate, personalized support for patients and their loved ones through all aspects of care.
Her passion for quality care extends beyond her clinical work as well. Jessilyn teaches colleagues, registered nurses and staff about the importance of patient-centered care.
When she is not working, Jessilyn enjoys reading, playing sports and spending time with family.
