Iliana Pena, APRN, is a certified nurse practitioner at Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute. She collaborates with the neurosurgery team to care for patients with acute and chronic health conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Prior to joining Baptist Health, Iliana worked as a physician in Cuba for seven years before moving to the United States and becoming a bedside nurse.
Joining the Institute’s neurosurgery team in 2017, Iliana provides personalized, holistic care for patients and their families. Dedicated to helping people recover, she strives to make patients feel comfortable, confident and respected in all aspects of care.
In her free time, Iliana enjoys reading, watching movies, participating in outdoor activities and traveling with her family.
