Dr. Oulette is OUTSTANDING! She is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. She listened carefully to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. It is so hard to find a physician who is skilled, attentive, caring, professional, and kind. Dr. Oulette has all of those qualities!

I had carpal tunnel surgery with Dr. Ouellette on 1/22/24. I was satisfied with Dr. Ouellette surgical expertise but on 5/2/24 I had some questions about my discomfort in both hands. She didn't let me ask the questions and she said something about "medical compaints". I have Essential Tremors and it has affected my voice and she knows it. She acted mad at me. Maybe she was having a bad day.

The Best! .Over the past 2 years I have been trying to see a Specialist. My disease has been progressing now 3 years. I made appt in 2022 for March 2023. I had to wait 8 months not with Baptist-( assoc w another Hospital) . On the day on the appt , I was bumped from my appointment for someone whom had a concierge apptA week before this appt date . I was told I needed to reschedule and that process was to wait another 8 months. While my disease continued to progress, I tried to make appt with another Doctor with the same Hospital. I was able to secure another appointment but the wait time was another 6 months. On the day of that appointment ; the Doctor did see me but said there is nothing that can be done for my disease. Simply to live with it. And, I recently watched a program on Hope and Healing ( Aired 1/26/24) with Dr Oulette . I was able to make an appointment with in 6 weeks. Wow . But I was even more amazed at the attention and knowledge about my circumstance and how to approach a way to heal . I had not even considered .Dr Oulette created a plan for my healing. Absolutely The Best. Thank you!

Dr. Elizabeth Ouellette freed me from a surgery that my previous doctor wanted me to do. It offered no evidence or determined the cause of the pain, and the degree of pain. That's why I looked for the Dora Ouellette who had treated me almost 20 years earlier. It's always a pleasure to watch. He is excellent, and is not afraid to touch the patient and perceive the degree of resistance of the muscles in question.

I appreciated the doctor, who decided the treatment by considering my allergy and sensitivity to medication and also my activities. It might be a coincidence, but the dosage of the baby aspirin seems to solve my other unrelated problems. The custom braces also work well to ease the pain not only of the thumbs but also the shoulders. Thank you.
