Dr. Edyta Krzak-Mularczyk is the absolute best; the most caring and most conscientious internist either of my parents have ever known. Her direction and oversight of their health is without fail. Referrals are always excellent. And the entire office is unmatched as well.

I recall my first visit to this doctor. She was welcoming, engaging, displayed caring and compassion, and genuinely seemed to care - this was approximately 5 years ago. However, overtime time, she has changed (not for the better). I'd say over the last few years, she seems disengaged, lacking compassion, rude, rushed, and disorganized. Her negative attitude is impacting the care she provides and the patient-doctor relationship. Not sure if she does this with all patients, but she certainly does it with me. This last visit mirrored what happened during the previous visit. She was flustered, couldn't find my lab results, and tried making me feel as if it was my fault. This is not perception, it's reality. She called her staff into the room in a stern manner and demanded the labs. The staff member calmly redirected her to the EMR and showed her where to find the labs - the labs were there! But, not only was her accusatory behavior uncalled for, so was her lack of respect. After waiting for over 30 minutes, she joined the Tele-health call and immediately started talking. Not once did she acknowledge me; not once did she apologize for being late; not once did she take a breath to catch herself being rude and disrespectful. Sadly, this behavior has been displayed by her in the past (even during in-person visits to her office).

My history is complicated, and the Dr. Confused some points. When I corrected her, she was offended, almost combative with me. These were facts of my medical care, I don't expect her to know them better than I do, but she apparently thinks she does. That aside, I think she's very intelligent, and shows much more curiosity about what's going on than my previous Baptist Healthcare provider.
