I am switching my PCP from Dr. Jacobs to another PCP. She was rude, demeaning and in my opinion disrespectful. No empathy. She was very argumentative and badgered me during my visit. It created a very stressful experience for me!! That was the last straw based on that horrific visit!

Dr. Jacobs is most likely a very good doctor but lacks a personality. I worked as a Medical Assistant for over 20 yrs and have some knowledge. I haven't had a chest x-ray in ten years and had to go to another doctor regarding my care. Sorry to say I will be selecting a new primary care physician. Best of luck to her, I am sure other people are happy her.
