Alanna Sholomon, DO

Alanna Sholomon, D.O., is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Baptist Health Primary Care. She has more than 15 years of experience providing patients with comprehensive preventive care and treating a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions in various primary care settings.

Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Sholomon was an internal medicine physician at Boro Park Medical PC in Brooklyn, N.Y.  

Dr. Sholomon earned her medical degree at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an internal medicine residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Known for her superior patient service and clinical skills, Dr. Sholomon treats such chronic conditions as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and upper respiratory infections. She builds strong, trusting relationships with her patients through active listening and empathy, leading to higher patient satisfaction, improved adherence to treatment and superior health outcomes, especially for chronic conditions. She is also committed to promoting health within the community she serves.

Dr. Sholomon is fluent in English and Russian. When she is not treating patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
