Watch Now: Miami HEAT Holiday Visit at Baptist Children's Hospital

(VIDEO: HEAT players pose for pictures with a patient at Baptist Children’s Hospital.)

All-Star Guard Dwyane Wade led several Miami HEAT stars through the halls of Baptist Children’s Hospital, visiting with patients, family and caregivers on this holiday week. Wade was accompanied by other players, including Luol Deng, Gerald Green, Jarnell Stokes, Hassan Whiteside and rookie sensation Justise Winslow. Patients also got to laugh with Burnie, the team’s mascot, and pose for pictures with some of the Miami HEAT Dancers.

The young patients, including those who have been in the hospital for more than a month, received HEAT apparel, tickets to home games, toys, gift cards and even some bicycles.

The HEAT teamed up with presenting partner FedEx and supporting partner Fox Sports Sun to host the HEAT Holiday Hospital Visits. Baptist Health South Florida is the official sports medicine provider of the Miami HEAT.

The Baptist Health South Florida News Team was there to cover the visit. Watch it now.
