Watch Now: Dolphins Family Fit Fest Highlights

The Doctors Hospital Training Facility in Davie was the venue for a celebration of healthy fun and activities for families at the Miami Dolphins Family Fit Fest presented by Baptist Health South Florida.
Participants were able to enjoy free health screenings and interactive fitness activities, win prizes and meet current and former Miami Dolphins players. Baptist Health South Florida also provided healthy cooking demonstrations as well as giveaways of fresh fruits and vegetables. The event wrapped up with a giant high-energy Zumba® workout for participants of all ages and fitness levels.
