Miami Dolphins Visit Baptist Children’s Hospital (Video)

Miami Dolphins players, cheerleaders and mascot “T.D.” scored big smiles during a visit to Baptist Children’s Hospital. On this day, the kids were the big winners, getting pictures with the team and a bag full of Dolphins goodies.

“We’re glad to partner with the Dolphins organization and welcome them to Baptist Children’s Hospital year after year. They are truly committed to helping make the holidays a bit brighter for our patients,” said Lourdes Casteneda, Director of Nursing, Baptist Children’s Hospital. “Our kids and their families love the visit!”

Spending time with the kids was a gift all its own to players Brandon Doughty, Thomas Duarte, Dominique Jones, Kenny Stills and Laremy Tunsil.

“These kids are very tough. They’re going through a lot right now,” Tunsil said. “Just to be here to put a smile on these kids’ faces, it means a lot to us.”

The Baptist Health South Florida news team was there to capture all the fun. Watch the video now.
