Baptist Health South Florida and Dreamit, a business accelerator, hosted eight healthcare technology startups in a showcase event to emphasize the importance of promoting innovative solutions within healthcare.
Billed as a “Healthcare Innovation Shark Tank,” entrepreneurs were challenged to present a three-minute pitch about their product or service to a panel of Baptist Health leaders. Dreamit has helped launch more than 275 startups with a collective worth in excess of $1.5 billion. Dreamit is a global network that connects entrepreneurs, investors and brands to customers, capital and community through business and academic partnerships.
