Pursuant to affiliation agreements between the Baptist Health Affiliated Entities and certain State of Florida universities, some or all of the care you receive may be provided by physicians, allied health professionals or other personnel who are employees or agents of the boards of those Florida state universities, and liability, if any, that may arise from that care is limited as provided by law. The State of Florida universities with which the Baptist Health Affiliated Entities maintain affiliation agreements include, but is not limited to, Florida International University (FIU), University of South Florida (USF), and Florida Atlantic University (FAU).
