Juan Carlos Suarez, M.D., is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in adult hip and knee joint reconstruction surgery, including revision joint replacement and minimally invasive surgical techniques. After earning his medical degree at the University of Puerto Rico, he completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital program and an adult hip and knee reconstruction fellowship at OrthoCarolina Hip and Knee Center.
Dr. Suarez has made numerous symposium presentations on the efficacy of surgical methods utilized in hip and knee reconstructive surgery. He also is widely published in such scientific publications as the Journal of Arthroplasty and the American Journal of Orthopedics. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and on the editorial board of Arthroplasty Today.
He is an affiliate assistant professor at the Florida Atlantic University Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine and a clinical assistant professor at the Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Charles Lawrie, M.D., is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon specialized in adult hip and knee joint replacement surgery, including hip resurfacing, anterior approach hip replacement, robotic-assisted partial and total knee replacement, and revision joint replacement. After earning his medical degree at Washington University School of Medicine, he completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital program and a Joint Preservation, Resurfacing and Replacement Fellowship Program at Washington University Physicians.
He has a particular interest in cementless total knee replacement, total joint replacement in young, active individuals, and the use of technology throughout the episode of care to improve outcomes for hip and knee replacement surgical care. He is passionate about improving patient experience and outcomes through research, education and clinical excellence.
Dr. Lawrie leads cutting-edge research in his field. He holds a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation. He is actively involved in designing and developing technology and implants for hip and knee replacement to improve patient outcomes. He serves as a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons Digital Health Committee. He is also a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and The Phi Beta Kappa Society.

Alexander van der Ven, M.D., is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in total joint replacement, revision replacement and reconstruction of the hip and knee. He earned his medical degree at Tufts University, completed his internship and residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Miami and an orthopedic adult reconstruction fellowship at New England Baptist Hospital. He holds an MBA in healthcare management from Tufts University School of Medicine. His clinical interests include degenerative, congenital, and inflammatory disorders of the hip and knee.
His clinical interests include degenerative, congenital and inflammatory disorders of the hip and knee, with a focus on less invasive techniques, arthroplasty longevity and early rehabilitation. He also specializes in the early treatment of hip disorders with minimally invasive techniques such as hip arthroscopy. Dr. van der Ven has published articles in several peer-reviewed medical journals and has lectured nationally. He is a clinical assistant professor at the Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.

Giovanni Paraliticci, M.D., is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He specializes in primary and revision total knee and hip arthroplasty, partial knee arthroplasty, custom knee replacements and robotics. He is also fellowship trained in Musculoskeletal Oncology and specializes in the surgical treatment of musculoskeletal tumors, including benign and malignant bone and soft tissue tumors and metastatic lesions.
Additionally, Dr. Paraliticci has extensive training and experience in the surgical management of arthritic conditions of the hip and knee. He is skilled in such procedures as primary and revision total knee and hip arthroplasty, partial knee arthroplasty, custom knee replacements and robotics. His goal is to maximize the function of each patient with advanced surgical and reconstructive techniques.
Charles Javier Jordan, MD , is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Jordan earned his medical degree from the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He completed his General Surgery Internship at the New York University Medical Center, his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the New York University Langone Orthopedic Hospital, and an Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship Program at the Tampa General Hospital.
Dr. Jordan specializes in orthopedic trauma and general orthopedic surgery. His areas of expertise include complex fractures and musculoskeletal injuries, upper and lower extremity reconstruction, and chronic post-traumatic orthopedic conditions.
