The stipends and benefits listed below are effective for the academic year for residents and fellows employed by Baptist Health via a trainee agreement, and are subject to change for future cohorts.

  • Team Bonus – eligible for quarterly payments if program criteria is met. Fellows in programs not accredited by the ACGME are excluded from this benefit.
  • Reimbursement of approved educational expenses in the amount of $3,000 each academic year.
  • Licensing and Exam Fees and Professional Membership – eligible for reimbursement of approved professional memberships and licensing and exam Fees in the amount of $650 each academic year
