Certified Nursing Assistants are an important member of the allied health professional team. They provide hands-on care including bathing, dressing and supporting patients in a dignified manner and under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Since 2019, the Clinical Partner Training Program at Baptist Health South Florida has prepared participants to challenge the Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) exam. Participants attend a 6-week accelerated program which includes didactic lecture and hands-on skills training. We offer day and evening classes at our South and North Campus locations.

Baptist Health is an approved Prometric in-facility testing site for the Florida CNA exam and offers on-site exam testing at our Baptist Health South Florida Corporate Center location.
The Program includes weekly lectures and skills training. There is also a Basic Life Support (BLS) course incorporated into the program, which is scheduled after your start date. Trainees who successfully complete this exam preparation program are well positioned to successfully pass the Florida CNA exam and pursue a career as a Clinical Partner at Baptist Health.

Eligibility Prerequisites
- Participants must be 18 or older
- Eligible to train or work in the United States
- Graduated from an accredited high school or received a GED Diploma
- Successful completion of Baptist Health South Florida affiliate criminal background check and drug screen
- No prior healthcare experience required
