Certified Nursing Assistants are an important member of the allied health professional team. They provide hands-on care including bathing, dressing and supporting patients in a dignified manner and under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Since 2019, the Clinical Partner Training Program at Baptist Health South Florida has prepared participants to challenge the Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) exam. Participants attend a 6-week program which includes didactic lecture and hands on skills training. We offer day and evening classes at our South campus location, the Town and Country Corporate Center. Day classes are also offered at our North campus location, the Bethesda Service Center. Baptist Health is an approved Prometric inter facility testing site for the Florida Certified Nursing exam and offers onsite exam testing at our Town & Country Corporate Center.

The Program includes weekly lectures and skills training. There is also a CPR course incorporated into the program which is scheduled after your start date. Trainees who successfully complete this exam preparation program are well positioned to successfully pass the Florida CNA exam and pursue a career as a Clinical Partner at Baptist Health.
