Two Decades of Caring for the Community
Baptist Hospital Foundation was established in 1980 by a group of philanthropic citizens who understood the importance of supporting quality healthcare in their community. The Foundation continues to support the fundraising efforts of Baptist Hospital, a major not-for-profit medical center that attracts patients from South Florida and around the world. Our generous donors help Baptist Hospital continue to provide the finest healthcare possible to every member of our community.
The Foundation arranges gifts from the community and provides advice on philanthropic opportunities, such as wills, trusts and planned giving. Individuals, corporations and foundations help the hospital invest in new technology, expand services and programs, provide ongoing education to medical staff and meet the healthcare needs of a growing community.
Supporting a Mission
There are many ways you can support the mission of Baptist Hospital. There are opportunities to fund specific areas, including Baptist Children's Hospital, the Cancer Fund for Children, Baptist Cardiac & Vascular Institute and Baptist Hospital’s emergency center. Gifts can also be given to the general fund to support areas of greatest need. Every gift, regardless of the amount, makes a difference in the health of our community.
